HR Profile 1 Recruitment & Selection ● Define JD, Source candidates , conduct interview & schedule f2f round
● On selection, offer Issuance & background verification
2 Experience :- ● 5+ years 
3 Qualification:-  ● Any Graduate/MBA
4 Location :- ● 1st preferences South mumbai
6 preferred key skills ● We are looking for self-starters, result-oriented individuals with prior frontline in jewellery showrooms, luxury showroom,finance and IT companies, corporate company experience mandatory.
       
7 Joining & Induction ● On Employee joining collection of documents &, verification of the same, referral check, Introduction with staff & Company polict/procedures
● Software entries - 
1 Biometric  : Thumb Configuration
2 Time Track - Employee Master Updation 
3 Easy Pay  - Employee CTC structure, Leave Opening, 
       
8 Annual Appraisal & Arrears ● Employee Appraisal meeting with Management & Finalisation of salary revision
● Issue Increment letters to staff, File the Acceptance & Disburse arrears accordingly
       
9 Attendance & Leave Management ● Downloading of logs on daily basis & Monthly Reconciliation of In/Out Time, Absent, Late Marks with manual muster
● Maintained Leave Register of Every employee with Opening, Availed & Closing balance on monthly basis
● Ensure to get Monthly leave application , Approval from Management & filling
       
10 Salary Processing ● Attendance based salary calculation of staff , Contract staff,  get it approved with management, Shared to accounts for disbursement

11 Full & Final Settlement ● Conduct Exit Interviews, Ensure to take complete handover or assigned to the concern person
● Responsible for Documents - Resignation Acceptance, FFS Calculation, Clearance Letter, Disbursement, Experience Letter etc
● Update Softwares - Block Punch in ESSL, Payroll Exit Process & FFS uploading
       
12 TDS Declaration & Assessment Report ● Distribute Declaration form to taxable Employees, Ensure to receive the same & Update the investments in Payroll Software
● Generate Projected TDS Report of every Individual Employee, Share with Accounts Head/Financial Consultants to check, Rectifications in case of any. 
● Share the final Projected TDS report with employee before salary processing to deduct the same
       
13 Employee Benefits & Grievance Handling ● Mediclaim Policy addition as per company terms
● Ensured to keep Good personal well-being with every staff/vendor/consultants, Communicate with all the employees/Karigars, Understand their Greivances and Managed to resolve or appeal to the Management
● Finalisation In Process - Employee Health Check up on quarterly basis
● Finalisation In Process - Employee Term Insurance 
       
14 HR Policy & Procedures ● Communication with Management for new Policies, prepare draft of the same , get it approved announce & announce to the staff
● Define Procedure , Design related Form Formats , Ensure to get it followed
● E.g. Attendance Policy, Late Mark Policy, Purchase/Consumables Policy, Joining Policy, and related forms
