Job Title: Inbound Tele Sales Representative

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Inbound Tele Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inbound Tele Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from potential customers, providing product information, and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage Inbound Sales Inquiries:
    • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
    • Engage with prospects to understand their needs, provide product information, and guide them through the sales process.
  • Qualify Leads:
    • Evaluate the needs and requirements of inbound leads to determine their suitability for our products and services.
    • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and prioritize high-potential opportunities for further follow-up.
  • Sales Calls:
    • Make daily sales calls to potential customers.
  • Customer Relationships:
    • Build strong interpersonal relationships with customers and actively listen to their needs.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to meet sales goals and objectives.
  • Product Information:
    • Provide accurate information about products or services to potential customers.
  • Sales Activities:
    • Participate in jewelry and diamond exhibitions, site visits, and market visits for new sales acquisition.
  • Customer Needs:
    • Identify and understand customer needs to effectively recommend products or services that meet those needs.
  • Closing Sales:
    • Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Post-Sales Service:
    • Provide post-sales service to clients who need technical or general assistance.
    • Ensure a good customer service experience to retain clients.
  • Training and Demos:
    • Conduct post-sale demos and training sessions for new clients on how to use our products.
  • Strategy Execution:
    • Conceptualize and execute strategies to achieve pre-set targets and ensure profitability.
  • Regional Sales:
    • Handle sales for Middle East countries.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in tele-sales and marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools and applications.
  • Demonstrated customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
  • A positive attitude, empathy, and a genuine desire to help customers resolve their concerns and achieve their goals.
