- Proper detailed management of the food and its rightful temperature to be stored
- Management of the food inventory and placing orders accordingly
- Preparation of fresh sauces for recipes
- Experience in hygiene and cleanliness of the cooking area
- Experienced in working in an open kitchen and maintaining restaurant freshness
- Preparing fresh dry spices accordingly
- Experienced in handling online platforms with their orders like UberEats, etc.
- Preparing all backups of everything as per the demand
