Health Surveillance & Monitoring:

Conduct regular health assessments and periodic health screening.

Monitor workers' health in relation to workplace risks (e.g., exposure to
chemicals, physical strain).

Track and maintain records of employee health data in accordance with
regulatory requirements.
Injury and Illness Management:
·
Provide first aid and emergency care in the event of workplace injuries
or sudden illnesses.
·
Assess and manage minor injuries, and coordinate with Company Clinic for
treatment or referrals for serious injuries.
·
Monitor the recovery of injured employees and assist with the
return-to-work process.
Health and Safety Compliance as per MOH
regulations:
·
Ensure that the workplace complies with occupational health and safety
regulations as per MOH regulations.
·
Maintain records for workplace health audits and inspections.
Mental Health Support:
·
Provide support for employees experiencing work-related stress or mental
health issues.
·
Offer counseling and refer employees to specialized mental health
professionals if needed.
·
Promote mental well-being and resilience among employees through programs
and workshops.
Associate degree
Qualifications and Experience
·
Bachelor of Science in nursing
with a minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience and Registered Nurse (RN).
·
Experience: Experience in a clinical or
healthcare setting, preferably in occupational health or a related field.
·
Certifications: Certifications like Occupational Health
Nurse certification (COHN), Basic Life Support (BLS), and First Aid, required.
Skills: Strong communication skills, the ability to assess and manage workplace health risks, knowledge of health and safety regulations, and expertise in emergency medical procedures.
