Job Description :

Management and coordination of the project team, from the execution phase of drawing up the same, until the assistance of the suppliers during the construction phase. Artistic supervision in situation, and the relationship with the customer.Responsible for interior design projects. Development of the detailed design analysis of concept, the development and drafting of the distribution layout from the standard room to the definition of common areas. Involved in the office style (in the choice of materials and colors). Team management during the design and construction phase of the project. Analysis and approval of the construction project.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Design Conceptualization:

    • Develop innovative and creative interior design concepts for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
    • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and functional requirements.
    • Create mood boards, sketches, 3D visualizations, and other design presentations to communicate design concepts.
    • Ensure the design reflects the latest trends, sustainability principles, and functionality.

  • Project Coordination and Management:

    • Oversee the entire design process from initial concept to final installation.
    • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
    • Coordinate the procurement of furniture, materials, and accessories, ensuring timely delivery and cost control.

  • Client Interaction:

    • Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing communication throughout the design process.
    • Attend client meetings, discuss design progress, and revise plans based on client feedback.
    • Ensure that all designs meet the client’s aesthetic and functional goals while adhering to budget constraints.

  • Space Planning and Layout:

    • Develop detailed floor plans and layout designs, optimizing space usage and functionality.
    • Integrate design principles with building codes and regulations, ensuring safety and accessibility.
    • Create detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents for contractors.
