Responsibilities:
Market Analysis & Development:
- Survey international markets to determine potential sales for specialty chemicals.
- Identify and actively search for new prospects, analyze sales potential, and plan sales activities.
- Monitor competitors' marketing developments to stay ahead in the market.
Customer Base Expansion:
- Expand the customer base in the region and contribute to the revenue target.
- Contact existing customers and new prospects to keep the market informed about the company’s product portfolio.
- Handle key customer accounts to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales & Marketing Planning:
- Promote specialty chemical products globally through various marketing channels.
- Coordinate, follow up, and review the implementation of the sales and marketing plan.
- Conduct sales forecasting activities to anticipate market needs and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop a pricing strategy to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
- Determine and manage the marketing budget, ensuring all marketing activities are delivered within the agreed budget.
Exhibitions & Promotions:
- Plan, organize, and conduct overseas exhibitions to showcase the company’s products and engage with potential clients.

Desired Qualifications & Skill Set:
Educational Background:
- Preferably B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) / Diploma / B.Tech (Chemical) / Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical).
- MBA (Marketing) degree is an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience in the related field (Chemical Industry / Pigments / Powder Coating).
- Significant exposure to international marketing of specialty chemicals.
- Frequent travel experience across Asian, European, North/South American, and African countries for business development.
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to survey and determine potential markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
- Proficiency in planning and organizing large-scale promotional events and exhibitions.
- Competency in sales forecasting and budgeting.
