Job Title: IT Executive

Job Purpose:
The IT Executive will ensure the smooth alignment of technology with the organization's operations. The role will focus on the maintenance of IT infrastructure, the development and implementation of software, and the enforcement of IT policies, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the company.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  1. IT Maintenance & Upkeep:

    • Conduct periodic maintenance of all IT instruments across the company to ensure optimal functionality.
    • Manage timely software development and implementation as per the company's requirements.
  2. CCTV & Surveillance:

    • Ensure regular surveillance of CCTV systems and manage their upkeep for operational effectiveness.
  3. IT Policy Development & Compliance:

    • Develop and update the company's IT policy and ensure compliance by all team members.
    • Regularly evaluate employee usage of IT devices to ensure adherence to IT policies.
  4. Data Management & Reporting:

    • Manage and process electronic data efficiently, ensuring data accuracy and security.
    • Prepare and submit daily work reports, MIS reports, and periodic progress updates to management.
  5. Safety & Compliance:

    • Follow safety and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) regulations, including adherence to the HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) register.
    • Report unsafe conditions or acts related to IT operations and workspaces.
  6. Productivity & Planning:

    • Plan daily activities to ensure maximum productivity in IT operations.
    • Periodically review departmental progress and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.

Skills & Competencies:

  1. Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Strong knowledge of software and hardware maintenance and troubleshooting.
  2. Management Skills:

    • Strong time management and organizational skills.
    • Deadline-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  3. Behavioral Skills:

    • Proactive in identifying and resolving IT-related issues.
    • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or MCA.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT management, including software and hardware troubleshooting, policy development, and team support.
