Primary Responsibilities :
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure periodic maintenance and up-keeping of all IT instruments across the company.
- Timely and as per plan software development and implementation.
- Ensure all IT devices are Updated as per the resonac IT Policy.
- Evaluate working with IT devices by employees as per the IT Policy
- Regular Electronic Data Processing
- Responsible to plan his activity to ensure maximum productivity can be achieved.
- Prepare and submit daily work reports and MIS Report to management.
- Administration of SAP System and optimize the queries.
- Providing Support SAP Addon and Development, SAP Backup.
- SAP Special Price, Vendor Creation, Customer creation, Item master & Invoice cancellation
- Administration of Users accounts and manage the SharePoint settings.
- Attendance system management.
- Procurement of IT Instruments.
- Should have to follow activity as per HIRA register.
- Managing the organization IT Training for all Users.
