Customer Service:

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately, and provide product recommendations.
• Serve fresh juices, smoothies, and snacks while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Address customer queries regarding menu items, ingredients, and allergens.

Juice and Smoothie Preparation:

• Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
• Ensure all beverages are prepared to the highest quality and consistency.
• Handle and prepare fruit and vegetable ingredients efficiently and hygienically.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the juice bar area.

Cash Handling:

• Process customer transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
• Ensure proper change and receipts are given to customers.

Inventory Management:

• Assist in monitoring inventory levels of fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients.
• Alert the supervisor or manager when stock levels are low or when orders need to be replenished.
• Ensure that all ingredients are stored properly to maintain freshness.

Health and Safety Compliance:

• Follow health and safety regulations in food preparation and customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the juice bar area, including equipment and countertops.
• Sanitize tools, equipment, and work surfaces regularly.
