Junior Engineer (Execution)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution and management of high-rise residential and commercial building projects, from planning to completion.
• Collaborate with project managers and senior engineers to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met.
• Monitor daily construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with design plans, industry standards, and relevant codes.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
• Conduct regular inspections and prepare detailed reports on project progress, quality control, and safety measures.
• Identify issues or delays in construction timelines and propose effective solutions to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily site reports, progress updates, photographs, and material logs.
• Assist in preparing and updating project schedules and budgets, ensuring all activities are aligned with financial and timeline expectations.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with health, safety, and legal regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the real estate industry, particularly in residential and commercial high-rise building projects.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building materials, and legal regulations.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with engineering tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with an eye for detail.
