Role Name- Manager of Partnerships

Job Overview

The Manager of Partnerships will be responsible for developing, managing, and nurturing strategic partnerships to enhance our organization’s goals and drive mutual growth. This role involves identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, and ensuring successful collaboration across various initiatives.

 

Responsibilities

·         Partnership Development: Identify and engage with potential partners aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.

 

·         Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective partners, acting as the primary point of contact.

 

·         Negotiation: Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms are established.

 

·         Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, product development) to align partnership strategies and execute joint initiatives.

 

·         Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, using metrics to assess success and identify areas for improvement.

·         Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for partnership growth.

 

·         Reporting: Prepare regular reports on partnership activities, progress, and outcomes for senior management.

 

·         Networking: Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build a robust network.

 

Skills and qualifications

·         Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

·         Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

·         Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

 

Preferred qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.

·         5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role.

·         Strong negotiation and communication skills.

·         Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

·         Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.

·         Experience in NGO field (preferrable)

·         Passion for education and a genuine interest in improving the lives of individuals with disabilities.

·         Creativity and innovation to develop engaging and effective learning materials.

·         Cultural sensitivity and the ability to create content that respects diverse backgrounds.

·         Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality content.

·         Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and situations.

·         Leadership skills to lead a content development team if required.
