Plan, coordinate, and oversee all movers and packing operations ensuring efficient, safe, and timely services.
Develop operational strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Manage team performance, ensuring adherence to safety and handling standards.
Maintain client relationships and resolve service issues promptly.
Coordinate logistics and resources for packing, loading, transporting, and delivery activities.
Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
Lead vendor and subcontractor negotiations and manage contracts.
Strong operational experience in movers and packing services.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of safety and packing standards.
Ability to optimize logistics and control costs.
Strong client handling and problem-solving skills.
