Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning
   • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales growth.
2. Campaign Management
   • Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
3. Content Creation and Strategy
   • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to produce engaging and impactful marketing materials.
4. Market Research
   • Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and evaluate customer insights to support strategic decisions.
5. Brand Development
   • Maintain and strengthen the company's brand presence and reputation in the market.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email campaigns).
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to evaluating marketing performance.
• Ability to develop creative marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Proficiency in market research techniques and competitor analysis.

Preferred Skills:

• Marketing experience in the Pharma and Rubber industries is preferred.
• Experience in export marketing will be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing (Graduation background is flexible).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management or a similar role.
