Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive live classes for Mathematics, focusing on students from grades 1 to 10.
• Prepare lesson plans and course materials tailored to the needs of students.
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.
• Conduct assessments and provide feedback to students for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the academic team for content enhancement and student engagement strategies.
• Participate in training sessions and contribute to the development of innovative teaching methods.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years of teaching experience in Mathematics.
• Education:
  • UG: B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization.
  • PG: MS/M.Sc (Science) or M.Tech in any specialization.
• Subject Expertise: Mathematics (grades 1-10), Science (grades 1-5), and English (grades 1-5).
• Strong communication and teaching skills.
• Willingness to work full-time from the office in Bangalore.

Employment Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Work Timings: 12 noon to 9 pm
• Start Date: Immediate
• Compensation: Competitive CTC, ranging from 6 LPA to 40 LPA, based on experience and qualifications. A 20-25% hike on the current CTC will be offered for suitable candidates.
