Job Summary
Dynamic and customer-focused Membership Specialist required to drive sales, support retention, and provide excellent service to members.
Key Responsibilities
Act as first contact for prospective members, conduct tours, and explain benefits.
Generate sales through outreach, referrals, and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate membership records in CRM/software.
Manage renewals, upgrades, freezes, and cancellations.
Build strong member relationships to support retention.
Collaborate with marketing and operations on promotions.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and retention goals.
Provide exceptional customer service across channels.
Maintain knowledge of all services and promotions.
Bachelor degree
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma (degree in Business/Marketing/Hospitality preferred).
Experience in sales or customer service (fitness industry preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with proven sales success.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Professional, approachable, and customer-focused.
Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
