Key Responsibilities

1. Drafting and Detailing:

   • Create and prepare detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings using AutoCAD.
   • Ensure all drawings are precise, clear, and adhere to project specifications and standards.

2. Coordination and Communication:

   • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather project requirements.
   • Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely delivery of drawings and revisions.

3. Quality Assurance:

   • Review and verify drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards.
   • Make necessary adjustments or corrections as needed.

4. Documentation:

   • Maintain proper documentation and filing of all drawings for easy access and reference.
   • Ensure that the latest versions of drawings are shared and updated within the project team.

Skills and Competencies

• Proficient in AutoCAD with a strong understanding of MEP systems.
• Knowledge of MEP standards and practices specific to commercial projects.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with project stakeholders.
