Strong technical ability to solve the machine problem both electrical and mechanical

Knowledge on Heidenhain or Fanuc or Siemens controller

Reporting the customer issue on time & accurate.

Knowledge on  VMC both 3 axis and 5 axis ( Also resumes preferred who has knowledge only on 3 axis)

Able to sell & perform PMC and achieve billable service target

Follow up Account Receivable

Need to travel all over India for services.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in milling machines.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues.
    • Familiarity with Heidenhain, Fanuc, or Siemens controllers.
    • Experience with 3-axis and 5-axis VMCs.

  • Additional Skills:

    • Ability to sell and perform preventive maintenance contracts (PMC).
    • Proven track record in achieving service targets.
    • Experience in follow-up on accounts receivable.

  • Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel across India for service assignments.
