Key Role Responsibilities:
Executive Support
Personal assistants in this role serve as the primary point of contact for the executive, managing
their schedule, correspondence, and administrative needs. This includes:
● Coordinating complex travel arrangements and itineraries
● Scheduling meetings and managing the executive's calendar
● Handling confidential communications and documents
● Preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
● Acting as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
HR Administration
In addition to executive support, this role involves significant HR-related tasks:
● Assisting with recruitment processes, from job postings to interview scheduling
● Supporting employee onboarding and orientation procedures
● Maintaining employee records and HR databases
● Contributing to benefits administration and payroll processing
● Helping develop and implement HR policies
● Supporting performance management processes and training initiatives
Required Skill-Set
● Technical Proficiency: Competency in MS Office, Strong usage of Excel, Artificial
Intelligence tools and HR platforms.
● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. He/she must
be presentable and have strong follow-up skills.
● Organisational Skills: Well-organized with excellent time management skills. Very
methodical in approach.
● Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and labour laws
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
● Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when necessary
