    • Steel Structure Installation
    • Metal Works
    • Chain-link Fence Installation

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Results:

  • Complete tasks within the planned resources, schedule, and project specifications.
  • Ensure no pending non-conformities.

Accountabilities:

  • Execute work safely.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal departments for work follow-up.
  • Ensure on-time completion of works without delays.

Performance Measures:

  • Effective manpower productivity.
  • Zero pending non-conformities.
  • Positive HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) statistics.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning and implementation.
  • Maintain control over costs, quality, and timelines.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Develop and implement full-scale project plans.
  • Assemble, coordinate, and manage project teams and resources.
  • Ensure project deliverables are tracked and reported using appropriate tools.
  • Facilitate liaison with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on progress.

Project/Site-Related Responsibilities:

  • Raise and approve site inspection reports (WIR/MIR) with the consultant.
  • Maintain EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) procedures and policies on-site.
  • Ensure accurate implementation of works per contract or approved drawings.
  • Collaborate with site engineers, supervisors, and foremen to resolve field issues.
  • Manage technical queries and verbal instructions.
  • Prepare method statements and inspection/test plans with safety as a priority.
  • Oversee material testing, site interfaces, and preparation of "as-built" documentation.
  • Ensure implementation of quality control measures to resolve defects.
  • Communicate progress and issues to senior management.

Coordination and Reporting:

  • Liaise with production teams to ensure materials are prepared and delivered as scheduled.
  • Update production teams on-site schedules and activities via email, messaging, and other communication tools.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the site and project teams.
  • Meet daily with main contractor project managers to discuss progress and urgent requirements.
  • Communicate with consultants to secure approvals and ensure timely preparation of payment certificates.
  • Provide daily project reports to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and needs.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform site surveys and troubleshoot issues.
  • Handle queries from production departments.
  • Take on multiple projects as required by management.
