Detailed Work Profile:
- Project Responsibility: Oversee the delivery of the project within the stipulated budget, schedule, and specified quality standards.
- Coordination: Work closely with architects and consultants to prepare designs, drawings, tender documents, etc.
- Marketing and Tender Process: Coordinate with the marketing team to lead the tender process and assist in finalizing various contracting agencies.
- Team Building: Assemble and manage a suitable team to execute the project, including both internal and external agencies.
- Financial Oversight: Certify bills and invoices from agencies.
- Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to the developer on the progress of the project.
- Project Leadership: Lead the construction project to successful completion.
