Job Title: Project Manager (5–7 years)
Role Purpose:
The Project Manager will lead strategic initiatives and oversee multiple projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in managing complex programs, preferably with exposure to machine vision or quality inspection technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage programs aligned with company objectives.
Develop and oversee budgets, operational plans, and performance metrics.
Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
Establish frameworks to assess program impact and improvements.
Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Monitor program performance in terms of safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Identify risks, dependencies, and resource needs; implement mitigation plans.
Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates.
Collaborate with sponsors, marketing, and development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Bachelor degree
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
5–7 years of proven project/program management experience.
Knowledge of machine vision or quality inspection processes is advantageous.
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
