Primary Responsibilities :
Job Description:
Project Planning:
- Study detailed work contracts and corresponding drawings.
- Create a comprehensive work plan that identifies and sequences activities for successful project completion.
Project Execution:
- Execute the project according to the schedule, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Monitor construction activities and report progress to the Project Manager.
- Prepare and submit necessary site documentation for project execution.
Site Oversight:
- Oversee site activities, including civil, electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical works.
- Ensure all technical requirements are met at the site.
Quality Assurance:
- Regularly review the quality of work completed at the site to ensure it meets ASME and BIS/CE standards.
- Conduct equipment ground inspections as part of the project execution team.
Drawing Review and Implementation:
- Review project drawings and ensure proper implementation on-site.
Vendor Management:
- Maintain communication with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Measure and certify ongoing job progress for vendor billing purposes.
Coordination and Communication:
- Coordinate with related departments to clear interfaces for smooth project execution.
Project Experience:
- Must have experience being part of project execution teams for industrial projects in Egypt.
