Job Profile / Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Purchase Team: Work closely with the team to understand purchasing requirements and project needs.
  • Quotation Collection: Gather quotes from the market for various materials and services.
  • Approval Process: Submit collected quotations for management approval, ensuring all required approvals are obtained before finalizing purchases.
  • Closing Purchases: Complete the procurement process by finalizing orders once approved by management.


Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Experience Required: 5-6 years in purchasing or procurement, preferably with knowledge of interior work materials.
  • Education:
    • Graduation: Any Graduation (Preferably with knowledge of Interior work materials)
    • Post-Graduation: Any Post-Graduation (Preferred, but not mandatory)
    • Special Courses: Not specified.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Formal & Professional: A strong sense of professionalism in conduct and communication.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
  • Languages Known: English and Hindi are mandatory.
  • Key Competencies:
    • Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes.
    • Ability to negotiate with vendors and handle purchasing processes efficiently.
    • Strong organizational skills to track quotes, approvals, and final purchases.
    • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Salary Budget: ₹35,000 - ₹45,000 per month
