Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The role will be responsible for the entire Procurement and Supply Chain Strategy, Vendor Management Services, Technology and Process improvement initiatives and Inter and Intra department leadership stakeholder management.
Major Responsibilities include:
- Experienced in purchasing all materials required for completing a residential and commercial project from commencement to possession.
- Experienced in working within set systems and processes.
- Assist seniors in decision making by providing data-based insights.
- Facilitate category review of all spend categories across packages and communicate to management.
- Experienced in planning purchase in advance as per planned schedules.
- Expert in negotiation of all material required to complete a residential or commercial project from start to finish.
- Coordination with internal stakeholders like accounts, taxation, site construction, IT support, etc. for resolution of critical vendor issues.
- Exploration of new vendors and expansion of existing vendor base to increase competition for procurement cost optimization.
- Other miscellaneous short-term assignments may be allocated as per team requirements.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Procurement in the real estate industry.
- Strategic Manager with strong Interpersonal & communication skills, ability to establish strong alliance and drive project to successful completion.
- Maintain product knowledge, competitor knowledge and a strong understanding of the industry landscape at all times, percolating the same to the entire team.
