Job Description: Quality Assistant – Real Estate Projects

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assistant to join our real estate development team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the quality department of real estate firms and will be responsible for ensuring that all project processes, materials, and outputs meet established quality standards. This role is critical in maintaining the commitment to delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control & Assurance:

  • Implement and monitor quality assurance processes and standards across all construction activities.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality benchmarks, project specifications, and industry standards.

Material Inspection:

  • Verify the quality of materials received on-site and ensure adherence to approved samples and specifications.
  • Liaise with procurement teams to address any discrepancies in material quality.

Process Monitoring:

  • Monitor construction processes to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and timeline requirements.
  • Identify non-conformities, suggest corrective actions, and follow up on implementation.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to project managers and stakeholders.

Compliance Management:

  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and company standards.
  • Assist in audits and certifications related to quality standards.

Team Coordination:

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to uphold quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide input on quality-related training for site personnel.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in the quality department of real estate or construction firms.
  • Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in quality management tools and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred:

  • Experience with large-scale residential or commercial real estate projects.
  • Knowledge of ISO quality standards related to construction.

Salary Range: ₹30,000 to ₹40,000
