Job Description:

1. Oversee Recycling Operations: Manage and oversee the entire recycling process to ensure quality standards are consistently met and production targets are achieved.
2. Optimize Pelletiser Processes: Manage and optimize the palletizer process for PP and HDPE materials, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
3. Identify Process Improvements: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
4. Monitor Production Metrics: Track and analyze production metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
5. Develop Maintenance Procedures: Create and implement maintenance procedures and schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime.
6. Budget Management: Develop and manage the production and maintenance budget, including forecasting and cost control to ensure financial efficiency.
7. Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as Injection Moulding and RM procurement, to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
8. Reporting: Manage and oversee the preparation of reports on production performance and efficiency, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
9. Ensure Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations and adhere to company policies.
