Job Title: Regional Sales Executive

Location: Ahmedabad
Education Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a regional sales management role (preferably in Gujarat)
Reporting To: Director
Travel Requirement: Yes (Local & Outstation – Gujarat, MP & Rajasthan)
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000


Job Overview:

The Regional Sales Executive will be responsible for managing regional sales operations, client acquisition, business development, and customer relationship management. The role involves frequent travel, coordination with internal departments, payment follow-ups, grievance handling, and achieving sales targets while representing the organization professionally.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive regional sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Conduct local and outstation client visits, plan travel schedules, and maintain regular follow-ups.

  • Prepare and submit detailed sales reports aligned with yearly targets to senior management.

  • Manage customer grievances and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolutions.

  • Handle sales inquiries, provide product information, and address client queries efficiently.

  • Work closely with the finance team to follow up on payments and resolve billing issues.

  • Maintain relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.

  • Incorporate client feedback into sales strategies and product planning.

  • Ensure effective communication with internal teams including warehouse, product, and support.

  • Facilitate product training sessions for both clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with sales leadership for continuous process improvements and customer satisfaction.
