Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales within infrastructure projects, focusing on fire safety products and special systems. This role requires a strong understanding of the MEP sector and effective communication skills to engage with key stakeholders such as MEP consultants, architects, and various government bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and initiatives within the Maharashtra region.
- Identify and target potential clients in infrastructure projects, particularly focusing on fire safety products and special systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MEP consultants, architects, PWD, CPWD, MES, AWHO, Government, and PSU officials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies and promotional materials that resonate with target clients.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring timely and accurate sales forecasts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present sales reports, budgets, and forecasts to the management team.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote company products and services.
