Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate team tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Pass on information accurately and promptly to relevant parties.
  • Manage reservations and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and send emails, quotes, and PDFs.
  • Handle inquiries and provide customer support.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Graduation (mandatory).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Languages: Proficient in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Strong understanding and information-sharing abilities.
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
