Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to all company and legal safety standards on-site.
Monitor and implement safety rules, work permits, and weekly safety document collection.
Provide safety training to staff at sites and offices.
Conduct regular inspections of PPE, equipment, and site safety setups.
Install and maintain safety signage and emergency response plans.
Lead safety teams to enforce safety rules and promote safe practices.
Investigate accidents, submit safety reports, and liaise with government institutions.
Manage hazardous materials, waste issues, and fire safety compliance.
Prepare and update HSE Plans, Emergency Response Plans, and conduct site inspections.
Attend project meetings to integrate safety into project planning.
Maintain all HSE-related records and ensure compliance with BOCW, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
Bachelor degree
Desired Candidate Profile:
4-10 years of experience in real estate/construction.
Qualification: B.Sc./B.Tech. with a Diploma in Industrial Safety (mandatory).
Proficient in MS Office/PowerPoint; knowledge of Q-Cop is an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Disciplined, adaptable, and committed to organizational efficiency.
Additional Requirements:
Male candidates preferred.
Experience in fire safety inspections and emergency response is an advantage.
