Job Description
1. Sales and Business Development
Generate new leads, identify potential customers, and build a strong customer base for aluminium doors and windows.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
2. Product Knowledge
Possess a deep understanding of aluminium doors and windows, including their features, benefits, and applications.
Provide accurate and comprehensive product information to customers, addressing their inquiries and assisting them in making informed purchase decisions.
3. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders in the construction and building industry.
Understand their requirements, provide personalized solutions, and offer excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
4. Technical Expertise
Possess a solid technical understanding of aluminium doors and windows, including their installation methods, hardware options, energy efficiency, and compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
Provide technical guidance and support to customers and address any concerns or issues they may have.
5. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits to showcase the features, benefits, and quality of HRS Aluglaze’s aluminium doors and windows.
Effectively communicate the value proposition and unique selling points to potential customers, highlighting how the products meet their specific needs.
6. Quotations and Proposals
Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals for clients, ensuring they align with customer requirements and company pricing policies.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure sales contracts while maximizing profitability.
7. Market Research
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to aluminium doors and windows.
Identify new business opportunities, evaluate market demand, and provide feedback to the management team for product development and marketing strategies.
8. Collaboration
Work closely with the internal team, including engineers, project managers, and customer support, to ensure seamless project execution, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, resolve issues, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

1. Experience
Previous experience in sales or business development within the aluminium doors and windows industry is highly desirable.
Knowledge of the construction industry's products, market dynamics, and customer base is preferred.
2. Product Knowledge
Deep understanding of aluminium doors and windows, including their features, materials, manufacturing processes, and industry standards is highly desirable.
Familiarity with hardware components, glass options, and energy efficiency ratings is advantageous.
3. Sales Skills
Proven track record in sales, with excellent communication in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to identify customer needs, build relationships, and close sales effectively.
4. Mannerism
Maintain the highest level of professionalism while attending to clients and customers.
Be extremely presentable during meetings and prepared with background information, samples, documents, etc., when meeting with potential and existing clients and customers.
