Diploma or Degree in Computer or Information Engineering or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in Information Technology - Network Security.
Sales certification from vendors such as Checkpoint, Sophos, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Cisco, etc.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of Firewalls, Endpoint Security, Web Security, Client Security, DNS Security, Email Security, Advanced Security Solutions, Monitoring Solutions, and Corporate Cyber Security Policy and Management.
Cloud security knowledge is an advantage.
Familiarity with security products like Sophos, Cisco, Fortinet, CheckPoint, McAfee, Juniper, etc.
Experience in technical support for large-scale cybersecurity projects and mission-critical infrastructures is a plus.
Understanding of cybercrime and IT fraud (Spoofing, Forged Email, Phishing sites) is beneficial.
Industry Standards and Best Practices:
Broad experience and understanding of industry standards, frameworks, and best practices such as ISO27001, PCI DSS, NIST, etc.

Liaise with the presales team for consultation, designing, and sizing cybersecurity solutions for customers.
Prepare proposals and technical documents in collaboration with the presales team.
