About the Role

The Sales Executive will manage commercial property sales and leasing, connecting business clients, investors, and buyers with suitable office, retail, and showroom spaces. The role includes sourcing new inventory, generating leads, conducting market research, and managing end-to-end client interactions.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in:

Commercial real estate consultancies

Developer sales teams

Large property advisory firms
Experience in both commercial sales and leasing is required.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage leads through online listings, referrals, and field visits.

Connect with businesses, buyers, and investors to understand requirements for sale or lease.

Conduct market research to identify new commercial projects and available inventory.

Build and maintain relationships with brokers and channel partners to expand property supply.

Schedule and conduct property visits for clients.

Present and explain property details; assist clients in evaluating options.

Negotiate sale and lease terms and coordinate between owners, buyers, and tenants.

Maintain lead data, follow-up status, and deal progress in internal systems.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate property information.

Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets assigned by management.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial property leasing or real estate sales.

Strong understanding of Ahmedabad’s commercial markets and business clusters.

Excellent client communication and negotiation skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred.

Compensation

Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹60,000 per month (based on experience)

Incentives: Attractive structure with up to 50% commission sharing on closed deals

Work Nature

Full-time on-site role with daily client meetings and property visits

Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
