Executive to be compensated in terms of base pay and commission based on sales target.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Execute sales of Company’s range of products in the assigned territory and achieve agreed target.
- To remain updated about our products and policies and to strategize/plan for selling our products in the market.
- To Regularly visit the assigned market, to meet Dealers, Construction sites, Builders, Shutter Manufacturers, etc. to ensure that Sales Targets are met.
- To ensure that Weekly cycle/plan of Sales is strictly adhered to.
- Implement Promotional Activities and Suggest new Promotional Methods/ Activities as per requirement.
- Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly sales plans for sale.
- Prepare monthly sales report.
- Remain informed and up-to-date with regards to Industry/Market related news & information; competitors’ activity, product knowledge and report developments to the management.
- Regularly communicate with the customers and or dealers with regards to their material needs
- Regularly update the dealers visits and their feedback in spreadsheet format
Preferred Qualification :
- Graduation / MBA / Any Other Specialization
- Should have at least 2 years of experience in sales & marketing.
- Candidates from Paint, Construction and Civil industry would be preferred.
