Sales Executive Responsibilities:
- Act as a representative of the company in the Overseas/Freight Forwarding sector.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales, specifically within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
- Responsible for generating business and revenue by identifying and pursuing new opportunities in the overseas market.
- Collect and analyze market information from various overseas markets to support strategic decision-making.
- Detect and seize purchasing opportunities for goods and services overseas.
- Prepare, execute, and oversee the follow-up of import-export operations while keeping profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction in mind.
- Maintain good relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
- Utilize information and communication technology effectively.
- Fluent in English with intercultural openness and the ability to communicate and negotiate with diverse markets.
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduation is mandatory.
- Experience:
- Sales Executive: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, or supply chain industry.
- Branch Manager: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the same industries.
- Languages: Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Personal Attributes: Pleasing personality, quick learner, good listener, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
