We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage inbound inquiries, convert leads into bookings, and support overall sales operations. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent service through timely communication, accurate information, and collaboration with the sales team.
Bachelor degree
Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, providing accurate rate information, package details, and booking assistance.
Handle room booking requests, corporate inquiries, and guest concerns through the main phone line.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings and accurately input them into the Property Management System (PMS).
Coordinate with the Senior Sales Executive to ensure timely follow-up on all sales leads.
Maintain organized records of guest interactions for internal tracking and future reference.
Assist in updating rate plans, managing pricing strategies, and supporting promotional efforts.
Support corporate bookings, group reservations, and special event coordination (e.g., weddings, travel agent bookings, charter inquiries).
Perform general administrative tasks including email management, Excel reporting, and booking performance tracking.
Ensure prompt, professional, and clear responses to guest queries for a seamless experience.
Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, email platforms, and administrative software tools.
Understanding of hotel operations, rate management, and sales processes.
Experience working with Property Management Systems (PMS).
Familiarity with handling wedding inquiries, travel agencies, and group or charter bookings.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Collaborative and proactive approach to working with internal teams.
