Location: Noida, Delhi NCR
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead the sales and business development function. The ideal candidate will build and manage a high-performing sales team, expand the client base, and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and contracts within the logistics and transportation sector.

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure consistent performance and goal achievement.

Identify and develop new business opportunities across key industry segments (e.g., manufacturing, auto ancillary, solar).

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with operations teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with corporate clients and key accounts.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine sales approaches.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.

Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Key Requirements

8–15 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management in logistics, transportation, or supply chain sectors.

Proven leadership skills with prior experience building and managing a sales team.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Strong understanding of logistics operations, fleet management, and client service delivery.

Strategic, performance-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
