About the Role

The Sales Manager will lead commercial real estate sales and leasing operations, manage a team of Sales Executives, and drive end-to-end commercial transactions across Ahmedabad. The role focuses on business development, market expansion, client acquisition, team performance, and closing mid- to large-scale leasing and sales deals.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in:

Leading commercial real estate agencies or consultancies

Property advisory firms

Developer leasing divisions

Experience with companies such as CBRE, JLL, Knight Frank, Cushman & Wakefield, or similar is preferred.
Prior experience in managing teams and closing high-value commercial transactions is essential.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

Lead and supervise a team of Sales Executives.

Set monthly sales and leasing targets and ensure structured follow-ups.

Provide on-ground guidance during client meetings and site visits.

Business Development

Drive new business acquisition in office, retail, and corporate leasing segments.

Build and maintain relationships with corporates, MNCs, and fast-growing brands.

Develop partnerships with brokers and developers to expand market inventory.

Market Intelligence

Track new commercial projects, micro-markets, and upcoming supply.

Stay updated on rental trends, demand patterns, and pricing data.

Client Management

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable commercial spaces.

Lead negotiations between owners and tenants for mid- to large-format deals.

Ensure smooth coordination, documentation, and closure of transactions.

Operations & Reporting

Oversee lead management, follow-up processes, and deal movement in internal systems.

Monitor accuracy of property inventory and listings.

Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to management.

Requirements

5–7 years of experience in commercial property sales and leasing.

Strong understanding of Ahmedabad’s commercial markets and pricing trends.

Proven track record of closing high-value commercial deals.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage and mentor a field-oriented sales team.

Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred.
