Job Title: Sales Manager – Export

Department: Export

Locations:

  • Mexico/Honduras: 1 Position (Preference for candidates with exposure to both locations).
  • Vietnam: 1 Position.
  • Spain/Italy/Germany/Switzerland: 1 Position (Focus on textile business from major European textile centers).

CTC: $7,000 per month

Experience: 15+ years

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (preferably with a background in Textile Chemistry).

Industry Preferred: Textile / Chemical

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement robust sales strategies to meet and exceed export sales targets.
  • Define clear business goals aligned with market opportunities in the assigned region.

2. Negotiation and Business Development:

  • Prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate terms and close high-value deals while building long-term client relationships.
  • Identify potential business opportunities in textile centers and build strategic partnerships.

3. Market Research and Analysis:

  • Identify and analyze market potential and customer segments in the assigned country.
  • Keep track of competitor activities, market trends, and innovations in the textile industry.

4. Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs regularly.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.

5. Client and Team Engagement:

  • Foster strong communication and relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales and production integration.

Skills and Competencies

  • Proven sales and production experience in the Textile Processing industry.
  • Strong understanding of regional markets and cultural nuances (Vietnam, Europe, Mexico, Honduras).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.

Additional Requirements

  • Mexico/Honduras Position: In-depth knowledge of both markets is highly preferred.
  • Vietnam Position: Strong familiarity with Vietnam's market, customer needs, and business practices.
  • Europe Position: Extensive experience targeting textile hubs in Spain, Italy, Germany, or Switzerland.
