Job Title: Sales Manager – Golden Stitch

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage sales of uniforms and custom apparel across sectors: corporate, hospitality, medical, education, and security.
Generate new business and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Manage the sales team, including target setting, training, and performance monitoring.
Prepare quotations, conduct negotiations, and close deals for bulk and custom orders.
Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Develop and execute marketing strategies and promotional plans for the Golden Stitch brand.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets; submit daily and monthly sales reports.
Conduct client visits, site inspections, and participate in industry events.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely response and issue resolution.
Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (required).
Post-graduation (optional).
Additional certifications in sales or business development (added advantage).
Experience
Minimum 10 years of sales experience.
Mandatory GCC experience in related industries (apparel, uniforms, textile, or B2B sales).
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
Good understanding of the Bahrain market and customer segments.
Excellent planning, reporting, and client-handling skills.
Proficiency in sales forecasting, CRM, and market analysis.
Languages: English required; Arabic is an added advantage.
