Job Title: Sales Manager – Modern Trade (North Region)
Location: Delhi NCR

Reports To: Business Head
Role Overview:
Responsible for achieving sales, visibility, and profitability through Modern Trade partners, managing key accounts, coordinating with distributors, executing trade marketing activities, and leading a team to deliver business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development: Achieve sales and growth targets, expand distribution, and negotiate contracts and visibility agreements.
Key Account Management: Build and sustain relationships with category managers and buyers; ensure product listing, availability, visibility, and activation in key accounts; track secondary sales, offtake, fill rates, and shelf share.
Trade Marketing & Execution: Implement in-store promotions, activations, and visibility programs; ensure flawless execution of campaigns; track ROI on trade spends and shopper engagement.
Business Operations: Work closely with supply chain and distributors for smooth replenishment and deliveries; manage receivables; provide competitor insights, category trends, and market feedback.
Team Management: Lead and motivate sales executives/merchandisers; drive structured market visits and execution discipline.
Key Requirements:
MBA/Graduate with 5–8 years of FMCG sales experience, with at least 3 years in Modern Trade.
Experience managing key MT accounts in the West region (Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP, Goa, Rajasthan).
Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills with modern trade chains.
Strong analytical, planning, and execution abilities.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
Bachelor degree
