Roles and Responsibilities:
10+ years of experience in sales of residential and commercial real estate in Tier 1 or Tier 2 real estate firms.
• Converting leads into sales by understanding their needs, convincing prospective clients that our organization is the right one to meet up their requirement and to close
• He should be experienced in selling high ticket residential real estate upwards of 4 cr.
• He should have experience in dealing with HNI’s He should be an expert communicator in Marathi, English and Marathi
• In-depth knowledge of GST, Stamp duty and registrations charges for residential and commercial real estate
• He should have in depth knowledge of upcoming and new real estate products such as REIT, co-living, service apartments etc.
• He should have knowledge of Vaastu principles for Indian real estate
• He should be able to build a network of channel partners and brokers
• He should be experienced in building a sales channel for low, medium and high-ticket real estate
• Manage the client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients.
• He should ensure a warm and pleasant customer experience throughout the entire customer journey that is from first call to final conveyance.
• He should be able to create an organized database of prospective clients
• Developing new leads by sending out details of properties to people in your database.
• Working actively on the scheduled appointments and showing buyers around a property.
• Determining clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
• Develop a relationship with various bank officials in the home loan sector in order to bring customized banking solutions to the customer
• He should keep all customer documentation up to date
• To ensure the pre-set sales targets are achieved regularly.
• To ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners.
• Coordinate with the various departments like architect, legal, projects, accounts for various requirements & to ensure smooth day to day sales operations.
• Cultivating excellent knowledge about real estate markets and best practices.
• To stay up to date with latest Sales and CRM software’s
• To ensure clear communication happens between management and customer’s

Physical Demands:
1. Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
2. Must be able to safely and efficiently move around all parts of a construction site including excavations and heights.
