Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our B2B team, specializing in supplying raw materials to businesses in the animal feed and agrochemical industries. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the food and nutrition market, combined with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, strategic sales acumen, and the ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:

    • Identify and target potential clients in the agricultural sector.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow the customer base and expand market reach.
  2. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Product Knowledge and Presentation:

    • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the company’s product portfolio and its applications in the food and nutrition sector.
    • Effectively present and communicate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of products to clients.
  4. Market Analysis and Research:

    • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
    • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and innovative solutions for clients.
  5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

    • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates on pipeline status and revenue projections.
    • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  6. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain) to ensure sales strategies align with company objectives.
    • Collaborate on optimizing product offerings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
  7. Trade Shows and Events:

    • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
    • Engage with potential clients, showcase products, and network to generate leads and drive sales.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven success in B2B sales, especially in the agricultural or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of animal feed and agrochemical products and their market applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
