Position Title: Sales Representative - B2B (Personal Care and Homecare Raw Material Supplier)

Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on the B2B sector, specifically targeting businesses in the personal care and homecare industries by supplying them with high-quality raw materials. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of these industries, combined with a proven ability to exceed sales targets. Strong communication skills, a strategic approach to sales, and the ability to build lasting client relationships are essential to success in this role.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:

    • Identify, target, and engage potential clients within the personal care and homecare sectors.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share.
  2. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and new clients.
    • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring timely resolution of client inquiries and concerns.
  3. Product Presentation & Demonstration:

    • Deliver compelling presentations that showcase product features, benefits, and advantages.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to clients as needed.
  4. Market Research & Analysis:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor strategies.
    • Perform market research to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  5. Sales Forecasting & Reporting:

    • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, track sales activities, and analyze data to identify trends.
    • Report on pipeline status and revenue projections, suggesting improvements where necessary.
  6. Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth implementation of sales strategies.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
  7. Trade Shows & Events:

    • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
    • Engage with potential clients, demonstrate products, and network with industry professionals to drive business growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).
  • Experience: Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within the personal care or homecare industries.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of raw materials used in personal care and homecare products.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, while also being a collaborative team player.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and events.
