Job Title: Sales Representative

Nationality Requirement: Female candidates with Philippine nationality only

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a knack for building and maintaining relationships, and expertise in sales presentations and negotiations. This role involves working closely with our existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement and Sales:

    • Listen to customer requirements and present products and services effectively to close sales.
    • Act as a liaison between the company and its existing and potential markets.
  2. Presentation and Documentation:

    • Expertly create and deliver formal PowerPoint presentations using visual aids to showcase products to clients.
    • Prepare detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process.
    • Generate accurate and rapid cost calculations and provide detailed quotations to customers.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers through in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails.
    • Respond promptly to incoming email and phone inquiries from customers.
  4. Negotiation and Closing:

    • Negotiate terms of agreements, prices, costs, delivery, and specifications with buyers and managers.
    • Challenge objections to ensure customer commitment and successfully close sales.
  5. Market and Product Knowledge:

    • Gather and analyze market and customer information to inform sales strategies.
    • Advise customers on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions.
  6. Sales Performance and Reporting:

    • Record sales and order information, and maintain up-to-date client databases.
    • Monitor and review personal sales performance against targets and report on key metrics.
  7. Sales Planning and Coordination:

    • Prepare and update sales pipeline documents detailing project status and opportunities in the pipeline.
  8. Additional Duties:

    • Complete any other tasks assigned by management as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to create detailed quotations and negotiate effectively.
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
