Job Description – Sales Representative
Department: Sales & Marketing
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Vadodara to Surat Industrial Belt (covering major industrial areas)
The Sales Representative will be responsible for marketing and promoting industrial products to clients across the Vadodara–Surat region. The role requires frequent client visits, enquiry generation, order follow-ups, coordination with distributors, and achieving monthly sales targets. The position also involves market feedback collection, competitor analysis, and regular reporting.
Promote and sell industrial products to clients, dealers, and maintenance heads.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers across the industrial region.
Generate new business opportunities and follow up on leads to close sales.
Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for timely order execution.
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
Collect and report market feedback and competitor activity.
Prepare daily/weekly visit and performance reports.
Bachelor degree
Education:
B.E./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or
BBA/B.Com with experience in industrial product sales.
MBA in Marketing preferred (not mandatory).
Experience: 2–5 years in industrial product sales (freshers with strong technical or mechanical aptitude may be considered).
Strong understanding of industrial sales and customer requirements.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
Strong follow-up habits and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (verbal and written).
₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month + performance-based incentives.
