Location: Kuwait, Bneid Al Qar, Block 1, Street 88, Building 45

About Us: We, a 7-year-old establishment, specializes in lash extensions and micropigmentation. We are dedicated to providing exceptional beauty services and creating a welcoming environment for our clients.

Salary: 200 KD - 250 KD

Working Hours:

• Two shifts: 9 AM - 6 PM (1-hour break) and 1 PM - 10 PM (1-hour break)
• One day off per week

Job Summary: We are looking for a Salon Receptionist/Sales Lady to act as the first point of contact for customers visiting our salon or inquiring about our beauty services. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of managing clients gracefully during peak demand, and will help boost our reputation by building friendly, trusting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet clients, escort them to the appropriate beauty station, and inform assigned beauticians of their arrival.
• Book and confirm appointments via phone and email.
• Process transactions (cash and credit cards) and issue receipts.
• Offer beverages and engage with clients in the waiting area.
• Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services, and schedule appointments based on availability.
• Inform clients about new services and discounts.
• Cross-sell services and products when appropriate (e.g., through informative brochures and gift cards).
• Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments, and services offered.
• Manage our call center.
• Maintain a tidy reception area.
• Order business cards, brochures, and stationery as needed.
