4. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer demands to refine sales strategies effectively.
5. Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals that align with both client and company objectives.
6. Post-Sales Support: Ensure client satisfaction by managing post-sale activities, including installation follow-ups, addressing issues, and handling product returns or exchanges.

Technical Skills:
