Job Brief:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to join our team as an Senior Executive / AM – Sales (Specialty Lights). This role focuses on driving new business, expanding

our customer base, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in the media, film, and broadcasting sectors. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales, a strong background in lighting products / Photography / Camera products , and the ability to establish and maintain lasting client relationships.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Growth: Consistently achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

2. Customer Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, including architects, contractors, electricians, and distributors across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.

3. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate deep knowledge of lighting products and specialty lighting solutions, offering technical advice and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

4. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer demands to refine sales strategies effectively.

5. Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals that align with both client and company objectives.

6. Post-Sales Support: Ensure client satisfaction by managing post-sale activities, including installation follow-ups, addressing issues, and handling product returns or exchanges.

7. Reporting: Track and report sales activities, client interactions, and lead progress using CRM tools. Provide regular updates on sales metrics and forecasts to the Sales Manager.


Technical Skills:

Knowledge of lighting products, including LEDs, controls, and fixtures.

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to present technical information clearly and persuasively.

Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close deals, identifying and addressing client needs with tailored solutions.

Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating resilience and determination in a competitive environment.
