Purpose:

To drive innovation and product development in alignment with market demands and technological advancements, enhancing the company’s product portfolio and meeting customer needs.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Innovation & Development:

    • Conduct research on new advancements in product specifications, raw materials, and production facilities.
    • Lead the development of new products and product applications to tap into untapped markets.
    • Evaluate and upgrade existing products to enhance customer satisfaction.
  2. Technical Input & Customer Focus:

    • Review customers' technical requirements and provide input during the pre-order stage.
    • Ensure timely development and production of sample products based on market needs.
  3. Product Evaluation & Optimization:

    • Conduct periodic reviews of all existing products and lead the upgrade process.
    • Analyze lot production non-conformities and work closely with management to resolve issues.
    • Supervise the production of developed designs and optimize material usage.
  4. Quality Assurance & Compliance:

    • Oversee the shade-matching process for products.
    • Ensure all samples for trials are prepared and dispatched on time.
    • Implement and monitor safety, environment, and health protocols, including CoVID-19 guidelines and gas cylinder safety.
  5. Team Management & Reporting:

    • Mentor and manage the R&D team, ensuring high productivity.
    • Prepare and submit daily work reports, MIS reports, and departmental progress updates to management.
    • Ensure adherence to ISO/SAP requirements and maintain procedural compliance.
