Primary Responsibilities :

Detailed Work Profile:

The Senior Sales & Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading and driving sales growth across Tanzania and East Africa.
  • Managing and expanding relationships with existing importers.
  • Identifying new business opportunities to increase market penetration.
  • Conducting in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends and inform sales strategies.
  • Developing and executing marketing and sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Representing the company at industry events and trade shows to build brand presence.
  • Preparing and presenting sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to senior management.

Job Details:

  • Location of Posting: Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania
  • Contract Duration: 1 year
  • Experience Required: 7-10 years in international sales, preferably in East Africa.
  • Salary Budget: Negotiable based on experience.

Education Requirements:

  • Graduation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
  • Post-Graduation: MBA (preferred).
  • Specialization: Relevant courses in international business or sales will be an advantage.
